Shipping Policy for CONARATIECH

At CONARATIECH, we are dedicated to providing our customers with a seamless shopping experience from start to finish. Our goal is to deliver high-quality tech products to your doorstep in the fastest, most reliable way possible. Please review the details of our shipping policy below, which includes the shipping methods, rates, and expected delivery times. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer multiple shipping options to accommodate your delivery needs. The final shipping cost and delivery time will be calculated at checkout, based on your shipping method and destination.

Standard Shipping:
Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.
Cost: $6.99 for orders under $50; Free for orders over $50. -
Expedited Shipping:
Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.
Cost: $14.99. -
Overnight Shipping:
Delivery is made on the next business day.
Cost: $29.99.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed with CONARATIECH will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of receipt. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Mountain Time will be processed the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Please note that certain items may experience a slight delay due to high demand or special handling requirements. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you promptly via email.
Domestic Shipping
CONARATIECH currently ships to all locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. The estimated delivery time for domestic orders is as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day.
Delivery times may vary depending on the distance to your location and weather or other unforeseen delays. We work with reputable shipping carriers to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of the products. Please note that international orders may take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days to arrive, depending on the destination country and shipping method.
Important Note: International customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery. These fees are not included in the cost of shipping and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the status of your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update. Lost or Damaged Packages
While we take great care to ensure your order is shipped safely, occasionally, issues may arise. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@conaratiech.com. We will work closely with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. If your order is deemed lost, we will assist you in filing a claim and ensuring that you receive a replacement or refund.
Please note that CONARATIECH is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact the carrier directly.
Free Shipping Eligibility
To qualify for free standard shipping, your order must meet the following criteria:
- The order must be shipped to a valid U.S. address (excluding international addresses).
- The order total must be over $50 before taxes and shipping fees.
- Free shipping applies only to Standard Shipping. Expedited or Overnight shipping is not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is correct. CONARATIECH cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If an address mistake is made, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@conaratiech.com to update your information. Any additional shipping fees due to address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
CONARATIECH does not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any restricted areas. We also reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain locations due to legal or logistical reasons.
